Fiber Fiber Fiber!

Fiber is a Carbohydrate, but!!!!unlike other carbohydrates, it doesn't get broken down by your body. Also Fiber doesn't make the blood sugar go up quite as quickly. It allows the sugar to get into your system more slowly....this sounds much better than eating bread a lot....right?

so instead taking fiber supplement, how can you get lots of fiber???

Daily news

I have been receiving a daily e-news from Everyday Health.....of course every day.

Few days ago, this e-news letter sent me a very interesting site which is "Symptom checker"

A doctor talks to you as like you are in his office and you can check what your symptom is.

I don't say you should trust what he said 100%, but it is kind of good to see what you may can do for yourself or need to go to get help from medical professions.

Unfortunately, There is not this kind of thing for acupuncture treatment....but....someday, I will create one for you!!!

Bakery


I went somewhere in Tustin and find a Bakery which I can guess Owner might be Japanese.

Yes, I can not resist....so bought An-pan, and Melon Pan.
Both were really goooooooooood!!!

Well, if you want to have Carbohydrate a lot, I recommend to have them before 3pm. After that...even dinner time, avoid Carbs.

This is kind of one tip of not to gain weight...I have been doing after working at the weight managing clinic.

Supplement

How Many people are taking supplement daily?
How many people are just taking supplement is good for your health??

Supplement is the Food which can reinforce with and make balance of your healthy eating.
In this world, it is really difficult to eat well balanced. Also so many food did not have enough vitamins and minerals.....

So, it is really important to eat well and also take multi-vitamin daily and additional one depending on your life style and your meals.
Also don't forget sleep well and exercise well too!!

2 hours was too long for me

I love Walking. Walking is the best exercise for me....I think for many people too.

So 2 days ago, I walked 1 hour and half to get the destination and came back....total almost 3 hours.
I sweat a lot. My whole body was wet!!!!!So change everything and took a shower....then next day...
I caught a cold....felt so tired and coughing crazy. Well....I think this is the sign of "2 hours walking is too much for me", but I was fine and actually enjoyed this exercise.

Anyway, it is really important to know what is the best exercise for you as well as how much is the best for you too.

Facial care

These days I have been seeing the word "Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture."
Well, Yes, acupuncture works well for facial rejuvenation because each needle will stimulate your facial cells.
In my opinion, if I can get facial acupuncture at least 2 times/ week for first few weeks, my face looks totally different.....Well, I can not needle by myself.
But at the same time, I'm a bit afraid of getting blues. There are many tiny blood vessels are under skin especially ....face. Well, I have to talk about my experience when I was in college in Japan.
We were practicing acupuncture...point around eye. It was not too bad when we did...not really painful, very relaxing and brighten my eyes. Next day....when I try to put make up on........OMG!!!! I had a natural eye shadow only onside. I was thinking....did I wash my face last night????
Well, that was a blues from the day before......we call Panda eye. Teacher said that " oh, it's happens!" Thanks teacher!!

Anyway, so after that, I forgot about this happening because I did not really doing any facial acupuncture till....get old.

So now, I'm the one want to get the facial acupuncture...but have but memory........there is the way not to have needles on the face! We call Micro Current facial which uses little electricity to stimulate the facial cells...still as effective as needles.
When I took this class...it was amazing. My face was really smooth and facial line was so tight.
Can you believe that?

Now I'm offering this Micro Current facial rejuvenation in my office to who are really scared of needles, getting blues and/or don;t like Botox.
