I start dieting when I was a high school student.
First thing I did was stop eating oily foods which were fried food and fatty meat.
After high school, I went to college and stop eating meat because meat was very expensive for me.
However, when I started college life, I gained 20 pounds in a month because I was so so sad to live alone and ate lots of bread every single days.
Until something happened, I was 20+ pounds bigger.....and I did not like myself at all....
